Developing a web apps prototype using LLM-RAG architecture in Python, Flask to enable analysis of DORA metrics using natural language input and prompts and provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Aiming to use RAG-LLM models to provide context-aware recommendations based on industry best practices and historical data.

Performed data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis using Python, SQL, and Tableau to uncover trip patterns, customer behaviour and identify geographic hotspots to optimize fleet allocations. Developed forecasting models and Time Series Analysis to predict demand and identify key drivers influencing demand, supporting resource optimization and continuous process improvement. Developed visualisations trip patterns, demand forecasts, and fleet utilization and other metrics for stakeholders.

Developed a machine learning model to predict credit risk and optimize loan approval processes. The system analyzes customer data, credit history, and market trends to assess default risk and streamline loan approval decisions. It helps financial institutions reduce risk while improving customer experience.

Translated the NSAR client's causal maps into a structured, pathway-based metrics framework aligning operational processes with strategic objectives. Developed hierarchical metrics—including core operational indicators, inferred/composite measures, and high-level impact metrics—to enable further quantitative analysis using Bayesian Network models and comprehensive process and impact measurement across key SAR operational domains. This approach facilitated targeted performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.

Developed a strategic advisory proposal to accelerate District Heating Networks, aligning with Net Zero goals. Applied data-driven tools strategy modelling —including MCDA, scenario modelling, and probabilistic risk assessment—to prioritize projects and evaluate impact. Recommended governance models, performance monitoring frameworks, and investment appraisal methods (including causal mapping) to support evidence-based decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Supported vendor evaluation and go-to-market strategy for Client X's UK digital bank launch, focusing on BaaS selection, regulatory alignment, and digital-first product design.

Performed a comprehensive multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) to evaluate 8 Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) vendors across 13 critical factors; recommended Thought Machine for its modular architecture and long-term strategic alignment. Designed a detailed go-to-market plan, including customer segmentation, product roadmap, and digital channel strategy tailored to UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, Open Banking). Proposed a cloud-native, API-first architecture to maximize agility, scalability, and compliance. Recommended digital capabilities such as AI-driven personal finance tools, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), embedded finance, and ESG-conscious offerings targeting urban professionals aged 25–55.

Advised an enterprise client on optimizing compliance management processes by conducting in-depth user research, workflow analysis, and stakeholder interviews to uncover operational pain points and inefficiencies.
